I bought my car from ann arbor and they are really good. Never had a problem with them ever. Chris and Josh are both very friendly. Wouldn't take my car to another dealership.

I had A2 do my sway bars - its a bear to do the front. Just had them do the rears as well since it was there.

Josh is very nice and a good guy. He is also a car guy and knows a thing or two.

Good experience. Good service. And the price was inline with what I had in my head.

Called them since Moran wasn't really being to diligent about finding me the car I wanted. Girl was snobby and told me I'd have to give them a deposit to do anything. All I asked her was to see if there were any around matching what I wanted. Easily done by doing an inventory search. Nope. She said $1000 and I'll see what I can do. Well don't do me any favors. I called the Kzoo dealership and they had what I wanted in stock. Not sure about the dealership itself but the girl that handles online sales I would stay away from.

When I sold cars we wouldn't do a search since there was no incentive for the buyer to buy from the dealership. If we said one was in the area the customer would go home and call until he found it circumventing the dealership. If you sat down and negotiated a deal they would have gotten it for you. Yes I knw it pisses me off to they won't help, but dealerships are like whores they have been f**ked so many times they have no reason to trust you. As much as you distrust the dealership the sales people distrust you the same.

    Default Ann Arbor

Well they flushed all my fluids mid June and also found the new white line roll center kit was bad (another story receive new ones free from whiteline they are MI company too)

any way... Josh took really good care of me... going there tomorrow to drop off evo... funny gear sound... just started last week... it's been sitting... so.. not sure what it is... noise happens no engine in no gear you still hear it... at 35 MPH it's very very noticeable.

well see i have 10/100K when i bought it... so whatever it is it's covered... Ann Arbor will take care of it... I'm sure of it.

my concern is on the paper work they have for the fluid they put in i have

replace trans, T CASE, and rear diff

    then this

    4 75w90 syn apl gl-5
    2 3775610 oil, LSD (4 liters)

i think that is all the right stuff from what i can tell...

no idea what this gearing noise is...

Well Josh at ANN ARBOR did it... new REAR DIFF installed... sadly the noise is still there... so it has to be TC... sad about that one... i thought the rear would do it... but it's still there... maybe get some one in the Royal Oak area to meet up that knows more about the TC's then me (which is nothing) and tell me if the noise is normal... or if i'm nuts...

ANN ARBOR hooked me up and Josh is the man to see there... if you go there see him.

and the new DIFF 0 out of pocket under my 10/100,000 warranty... even though I have MODS from hell on the car..

Default Ann Arbor 4 Thumbs Up!

OK update on the TC issues:

Josh one of the service managers at Ann Arbor is great guy he will take really good care of you.... especially to the EVO's that have MANY after market parts on the car...

with all my hop up's and track events etc... they were able to cover the TC under warranty and get it installed, also since they were waiting on the TC I had them install the Clutch..... (mind you i think that might have help them cover the TC under warranty because I paid for the clutch I bought to be installed, FYI a new Stage 3 TC is 2900.00 plus labor) I was happy to pay them for just the clutch install...

so at 40k I have new Rear Diff and new TC... and new F 3.2 Clutch...

so far only about 100 miles on the clutch let me give you first impressions.

    1. the clutch feel is great the petal grabs low and engages quickly.
    2. it's not hard to press bit more than stock, but I think it's just right now
    3. the engagement is smooth...
now until i can get 1k on the car doing nothing hard to it...

so all in all Ann Arbor MITSU gets 4 thumbs up (was there 2 times for all of this mess)... they went way above and beyond for me... they have a loyal customer for life now...

Well I have had my car back since Oct 4 and have only driven it like 3 times because I got it back from pure tuning and there is a tapping nose that is coming from my engine. It seems like the 7,700 I spent still did not fix all my problems and I do not know what the hell to do. Does anyone know how good buschur racing is. I don't have time to try and work on it myself.

Nothing but great service so far at AA mitsubishi; I bought my '10 GSR from there and had the oil changed there twice. I've also had them perform the relay TSB (included a reflash), under warranty. Bob (parts manager) has been nothing short of fantastic.

I like this place, too. I live about 40-45 minutes away from there, but I don't like the other dealers in this area. They don't treat me like I'm an idiot, and they tell me things straight up, no B.S. from them so far. How much do they charge for oil changes there? I got my first oil change at Moran and it cost me $90. So, I asked a member on these boards to show me how to change the oil on my own and have been doing it ever since. I take all my warrenty and service work to these guys.
