I too have been looking for Mitsubishi winter floor mats, however, have not been able to find. In the interim, I have been using a set of Subaru WRX floor mats. They are not a perfect fit, but they are better than others that I have tried - Husky for instance.

I'm on my 2nd winter with a set purchased at Costco for $20
(can't remember the brand name, though - stole the idea from RSBoy.)
Driver's mat had to have a small section cut out to accomodate the deadpedal. Simply set the OEMs on top of the winter ones, mark where to cut out the deadpedal area, then start trimming... mine fit as if they were made for the car (especially the front set - fit the entire floor area like gloves!)
They work great, hold a ton of water & winter debris, grip the floor well & don't shift around, and even the smaller rear mats do a decent job of catching whatever my kids & dogs manage to bring into the Evo.

I found some threw my local parts store made to be able to trim for dead pedal. They fit really good paid like $35.00 for a set of four in black.
