Joe made an intake for my Ralliart and now the car seems jerky and doesn't want to go and seems to stutter a little bit in the RPM range? Any ideas?

Disconnect your battery for about 10 minutes and let the ECU reset. Then start up and let your car idle for about 10 minutes to relearn. See if that fixes it. Also, make sure, if he made a new mount for your MAF, that there's no air leaking around it.

Still waiting for Joe to put on my entire intake. He had the "short" version on it and it was still acting weird. But hopefully once he gets the entire thing on with all the piping down around the front end and what not it will run fine. I must say it's must cheaper than buying the one on the internet and it seems to look the same. If any other Ralliart peeps want one let me know. :)

What diameter is the intake he made? I recall one guy on the EvoM forums used a short-ram intake with a 3"+ diameter and was getting a CEL because of it.

It is phucked up. I put it back on and everything was fine. I used 3" which perfectly matches the stock TB. I am waiting on a AEM bypass valve from Ebay before I reinstall the system. This time the air filter will be hidden nicely under the car.

It has been redone, I am sure you saw the pics on EVOM. It is performing much better now
