Yup, my long, long-anticipated mod finally arrived today... a fine, healthy, beautiful baby girl (and mom's doing great too!)
Now when I say that my Evo really screams, it won't be a metaphor!!!!
Here she is, being held by my 10-yr old son:

Theresa Marie - arrived at 4:35pm today... 8# 2oz, & 20" of fine, healthy, beautiful baby girl (and mom's doing great too!)
and... my Significant Other & I finally got married today too - not as corny as in the movies, but the hospital chaplain managed to finish officially, legally marrying us less than an hour before our baby (Theresa Marie) made her entrance! (Wouldn't you know it: we were supposed to get married the next day - Thursday!)
Good thing I 'happened' to have the marriage license & our rings on me!!!
Hmmm - wonder how many additional HP a babyseat is good for... LOL!

Congrats! I can't wait till I get that mod in my car
awesome news...
The best part of a baby in an Evo is the look on their face! Of course, she'll have to face backwards for a while, but when she graduates to forward facing seats, she'll be very happy with the view!
My son doesn't shut up while he's in the car. All he says is "Guck" (for truck) and "Garz" (cars) and of course, "Voom".

Congrats, Man!!!
Make sure you get the baby seat that's shaped like a racing seat with the 5-point harness!

Wife picked out a rear-facing babyseat that's a pretty decent match for the blue seat fabric - mainly because it matched the Evo's interior! IMHO, the seat's pink trim actually makes a nice contrast to all that blue...
We couldn't find any of the new Recaro babyseats - but as soon she can ride in one, we're gonna get our little girl one of these $$$ Recaro child seats.
While bringing our little one home from the hospital today, my wife asked that I try to "slip the clutch a bit for smoother takeoffs." Well, I guess my (original) clutch won't last as long as I'd hoped...
Hmm - that reminds me: I told her I wouldn't let her drive the Evo until the clutch started to go. I smell a plot!!!
