evo owner myself, but I do see lots of Lancers around Lansing. None of them don't notice the Evo... if they ever do, I'll tell 'em about the site.

Just thought I'd come on here and introduce myself and my Shadow. I'll be entering the UofM in September for graduate school and thought I should join the Michigan Lancer Club. I drive a 2003 OZ Rally, black with light-medium mods. Wheels, lowered, tint, intake, header, custom exhaust, custom lit interior, sound system. This summer I'll hopefully be adding: bored 4g93 IM, FSE FPR, bored throttle body, and other show mods. Feel free to email me anytime, and once I'm out there at UofM, I'll be up for any meets. :D

There are more of those crappy evolutions, than cool Lancers... :D :wink:

No kidding. I see more Evos and STi's in a day than I've seen Lancers ever in this area. There's an ES or two, a couple older OZ Rally's, and that's it. Only one other Ralliart, a red one, and yourself.

It is almost like :mitsu: had real hard times selling anything but the EVO is MIchigan.

My girl used to have an 03' OZ it was a good car, no doubt. If she wouldn't have bought that car I never would have thought it was possible to get the EVO. I thank her for that. Then the RA came ouit amd she HAD tp have that!

There's 2 other black RA's with tinted windows. An older man owns one, and a blonde owns the other, haven't seen her in a while... :(

I'd probably see more if I drove around downtown more. I mostly just drive back and forth on Washtenaw/Stadium, not a whole lot to see there :(

Looks like we'll be moving over there end of August like around the 25-26th. It'll take us about 3 days to come from Utah. I'll definately let you know when I get there. Here in Provo is the opposite. I've seen tons of regular Lancers (02,03,04,05 ES, LS, OZ) and like 2 Ralliarts and 3 EVOs in the 2 1/2 years I've owned mine.

I was able to drive from Boise to Ann Arbor in 2 days pretty easily when I moved :) Doing it in 3 will give you lots of rest time.

We'll definately be needing that rest time as well since the wife will be 7 1/2 months pregnant - always needing to go to the bathroom - sheesh. :)
