View Full Version : My Custom Modified Stock Bumper for Larger IC (* No 56k *)

I has this mod done a couple of months ago, but haven't had a chance to post about it. Finally, for it's Internet debut, I present my custom modified stock bumper :thumbup

I wanted a front bumper that allowed more of my intercooler to be exposed increasing the cooling effeciency. I also wanted to retain a stockish look. I have a good friend who works at a body shop and we figured out a way we could modify the stock bumper to achieve my desired look. This is the result and I think it turned out great. So, without further ado, here is my custom modified stock bumper =)

Sorry for the lack of quality in the pictures, they didn't do much for it. heh.


Good to see you got it posted up Zack. Still thought it wasn't much when we were doing it, but looking at it on the car makes me retake that thinking. It really did open it up alot from the stock height - and it still keeps that "stock" look that's going to get alot of double-takes.
