The title needs to be changed

hey what about us GTS lancers i just felt left out and hoping but this thread another one might come out of the wood work

yeah you are correct but honestly not trying to be or sound like a asshole, but does it really matter?....i mean theres people with evo's that are a MR,RS,IX MR SE, and so on but you dont see that on the evo titles. Its really not a big deal but again i understand in your situation, since the title there says lancer ES, LS, OZ rally, and the ralliart as of a title and not the GTS, but again is it going to kill you? Sorry if you are takeing what i said wrong and please dont hate me, but really its the truth. and i know joe and bob wouldnt have a problem switching it either. But thats just my .02 cent. BTW today i finally got the chance to come on and see your car in your avatar! looks great man!...

He's got a valid point: changing the title IS something we'll have to do, as the '08s have new model designations (DE & GST).


hmmm... title gets a bit long if we include ALL the model designations.
ie:
"Lancer ES, LS, OZ Rally, DE, GST and Ralliart This is where you talk about the non-EVO Lancers. The slower Lancer's have fun too!"

"Lancer (ES, LS, OZ Rally, DE, GST and Ralliart) This is where you talk about the non-EVO Lancers. The slower Lancer's have fun too!"

Yeah, just call it the Non-Evo Lancer forum. Though, at the same time, it might not be a bad idea to create a new forum for the new gen Lancers/Evos. They both have nothing in common with the current line, and at the same time, they're very similar to each other. Same engines and interiors, will just have different drivetrains, turbos, and suspension goodies.
