I picked up my 06 IX SE on Monday and finally got them both clean to get some pics. My wife took over driving the 03 and we traded in her Subaru. The 03 has about 330awhp and I am back to stock, but with a better platform to start with. I am proud to say my wifes car is faster than mine, at least till the 06 is broke in. :)

That is awesome... My girlfriend would love to have a his and her EVO... but.. she tends to throw her money to the malls and not to a car..

Thanx for all the nice replys guys. Took it out to get some nice outdoor pics and I really liked this one.

Congrats! I was surprised when John told me you picked up a new IX SE. You're going to store it right. Too bad winter is almost here.

Yup she is getting stored for sure, and with snowies on the 03 this winter WILL be fun! I will drive it through the end of the month to finish the break in, which is almost done(up to 580 miles now). I can't seem to stay out of it. Very impulsive buy to say the least, but I will blame it on John for telling me to go to Gezon and check out the BBS on the MR SE in the showroom. I had to have the wheels!

I would say I bought my Evo on impulse as well. I told my wife I was going to look at one, and of course she said..just looking right..? she was a little pissed when I brought it home that day, but she's gotten over it but wish my wife was a cool as yours and would drive a evo. I like the garage photo you could make it into one of those dream posters for your wall.

I like the poster idea, I'll just put "Overkill" in text at the bottom. Anyway, all my friends wish they had a woman like mine. She bought my GReddy Ti for my birthday one year and my GSC 264's for Xmas another year, among other little add ons, like UK badge. Now she is driving the car that she bought all the stuff for. She says it's funny how that worked out, she's got 330hp and I'm back to stock! I'm not complaining though, with a IX it wont take much money to catch her.:)
