Here's a genuine Mitsu part that's a perfect alternative to putting vinyl overlays on our chrome OEM trunk badge:
* note that the red diamonds are true insets! *

it's a badge for a Evolution 6/6.5 TME... approx. 1/4" smaller than the chrome OEM Mitsu Evo/Lancer badge.

Picked up one of these for my Evo -- figure it'll complement the Ralliart piping, and go nicely with the new black Evo9 tails... :)

;)With no badging on the rear, been having too much fun with all the "...cool Subaru, Dude..." comments that I've been getting lately -- Bwahahaha.


Been holding off rebadging pending resolution of a wee problem: an ignorant insurance adjuster wrote down for my Evo to be 'painted and clearcoated.'

(WTF!! :confused: I have a Lightning Yellow '03 with OEM single-stage paint -- aint NOTHING clearcoated on her from the factory other than the rims, Brembos & wing centerpiece!)

Then, like a bunch of asswipes, Spectrum followed what adjuster wrote down, even though I explicitly instructed them to ONLY clearcoat ONLY the wing crosspiece, and now the the paint on the ass end doesn't match the skirts -- clearcoat they laid down throws the color off, and they have to redo one 1/4 panel because they fucked up the paint simply putting in one of the taillights...

Also, the clearcoat looks like shit anyway: has a rippled & 'puddled' appearance on flat/horizontal surfaces. :mad:

where did you pick that up at, I've been trying to get a red emblem since before I left Japan, but I didn't have time to get to the dealer there before I flew out. And about what was your cost for it?

Picked it up for $20 from one of the vendors (Cusco ?, Tanabe ?) at FactoryMOD '06.

Dunno who would carry 'em, but you can read the part number in the pics, and with that you can order one from any Mitsu dealer.


I want the Mitsu ruler. That is the best part of the pictures...hehe.Those were FactoryMOD '05 freebies... kept one for me, gave others to my kids.
