Well, on the way home from the K-Zoo meet, I started going super lean under boost, so I started troubleshooting. At first I thought my Vortech FMU (crap) had finally gone bad. But I read that it may have been the fuel pump that went bad. So I tested my fuel pressure and under idle, I was at 6 PSI and when I clamped the return line, the pump could only supply ~46 PSI, which is obviously way too low for my boost. So I figured the fuel pump (Walbro 255) had gone bad, even though it was only 3 months old. So I was telling my friend this and he mentioned that maybe the fuel pump was fine, but it had just popped out of the sleeve. So I pulled the pump this afternoon and look what I found:

Now I have to head to the stealership and find out how much that rubber seal will cost me and if they even have one in stock.

Well, I just got off the phone with the 'Deal'-ership. They didn't have any in stock, but they are overnighting 2 (just in case :) ) and everything will cost me $4.50 total ;) Now thats a deal! This time around I'll be sure to use some motor oil to lube up the rubber before I put it on so I don't tear it again.

Would a stock EVO fuel pump do you any good?

The fuel pump (Walbro) is totally fine. This piece of rubber that tore is from the stock fuel pump assembly, so unless you have an extra OEM fuel pump assembly, an EVO pump won't help. Thanks though Joe.

The dealership ordered 2 parts for me that will arrive tomorrow for less than $5 total, so I'm happy about that.
