OK, I am 100% sure and ready for aftermarket exhaust and intake for my 2002 lancer oz. Im only familiar with a couple brands, like Greddy, AEM.... I'm going to do a lot of searching online, but I thought I'd ask all the Lancer experts on here

Does anyone have any reccommendations? I know for my car its going to be hard to get a good deep tone, cuz the lancer oz is no Evo! Im just trying to improve the performance of my car and make it louder  ...its just too polite and quiet.

If any one has ANY suggestions, that would help me out a lot!!
Thank you :D

I have always used Apex'i (Focus and Evo). N1 is loud and higher pitched - not my recommendation. But their GT Spec is the best - deep sound, great flow, and the WS (World Series) is great too - had that on my ZX3, deep sound, clean look.

EDIT: Forgot intake - sorry. AEM CAI worked well on the Focus. I now have the RMR (Evo only). Injen is a good one too.

I've really enjoyed my custom Magnaflow catback. The Greddy EVO2 catback is also a great exhaust. For an intake, if you drive a manual, I'd go with either the AEM Cold Air Intake or the Injen CAI. Otherwise, the Short Ram Intake from Injen is a great choice.

Well...................... Im getting a custom made exhuast on my Ralliart in 2 weeks... I have a nice exhaust right now that Joe made. I have a downpipe which replaces my cat. So basically I have a straight through exhaust... I would HIGHLY recommend you keeping your cat and getting a nice muffler because with the non turbos the exhuast is insanely loud! It sounds like pure rice! If your going to spend the money from a race shop make sure its got a resonator and a oval stlye muffler. Road race has a nice one, check it out! 8)
